These Terms govern your use of AxisPay services provided by BP Remit International LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using AxisPay, you agree to these Terms. If you are a business, you represent that you have authority to bind your entity.

2. Our Services

AxisPay provides fiat payment processing, merchant acquiring, and settlement services (C2B). We facilitate acceptance of cards and local payment methods with settlements to EU/UK bank accounts via regulated partners.

We do not offer crypto services.

3. Eligibility & Onboarding

• You must be a registered business in an eligible jurisdiction.

• You must complete KYC/KYB and provide accurate information.

• We reserve the right to decline or suspend accounts at our discretion (especially for high-risk activities).

4. Merchant Account & Compliance

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and PCI-DSS.

• Not use the service for illegal purposes, high-risk prohibited businesses, or money laundering.

• Maintain accurate transaction descriptions.

We maintain an AML/KYC program as required by FinCEN and BSA.

5. Fees & Settlements

• Fees are disclosed in your merchant agreement or pricing schedule.

• Settlements are made to your designated EU/UK business bank account on the agreed schedule (daily/weekly), subject to reserves, holds, or chargebacks.

• You are responsible for chargebacks, refunds, and associated fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the service for:

• Illegal goods/services

• High-risk categories without approval

• Structuring transactions to evade detection

• Any activity violating card scheme rules or AML laws

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, regulatory concerns, or inactivity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, violation of laws, or merchant transactions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
